Frequently asked questions
How is Continuum QC priced?
Pricing depends on the number of mobile devices that run the Continuum app. People who use it in a web browser do not count toward that number. Contact us for a free consultation and estimate.
How long does setup take?
It varies. Several commodities are preconfigured by default, and your team fine-tunes them for your company. Send us one of your current inspection forms and we’ll show it built in Continuum QC, often the same day.
Who owns our data?
Your inspection data belongs to you. Continuum QC is a hosted subscription service (SaaS), so your data stays available for as long as your subscription is active and is no longer available after it is canceled. You can export your data to Excel, so export what you need before you cancel.
Is there an on-premise or self-hosted version?
No. Continuum QC is offered only as a hosted subscription service.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. It works online or offline. Inspections are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.
Can growers see their own results?
Yes, through the optional grower and farmer portal. Growers can generate their own reports, with visibility but not control of your setup.
Can we reuse our current paper or Excel forms?
