How is Continuum Pest Control priced?
Pricing depends on the number of mobile devices that run the Continuum app. People who use it in a web browser do not count toward that number. Contact us for a free consultation and estimate.
What do I need to use the app?
The Continuum Pest Control app is free to download, but it works only with a Continuum Pest Control subscription.
Which devices does it run on?
Office staff use the web application in a browser, and technicians use native iOS and Android apps.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. The mobile app works both online and offline, so technicians can keep logging inspections.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Every user can choose English or Spanish in their settings.
Can we bill clients from the inspections?
Yes. The invoicing module creates usage-based charges from technician inspection records and recurring charges for service contracts. You issue the invoice, print it or email it, so nothing is entered twice.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
You can export invoices to QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
Can our clients see their reports?
Yes. Clients get a portal where they see only their own reports and documents. You control which clients receive reports by email.
